The Two Sides of Me

The Two Sides of Me

My Mandala was first drawn in pencil in my sketchbook, then scanned and color was added in "Paint". I started with an eye in the center. Two sets of leaves are spiraling out from the eye toward the outer edge. On either side are bouquets. One more elegant and one more like what you would pick while on a walk at a park. This represents the two sides of me. I am very casual mostly and laid back, but, I like to put my best foot forward too.

Well-done!
by: Thaneeya

What a beautiful mandala design. Thank you so much for sharing it with us, Christine.

I like your explanation of your working process. It is very interesting to see such different mediums combined like this (pencil and digital).

It is also great hearing the thought process behind the mandala - representing two sides of you in one, unified whole.

The floral/leaf motifs are very nice, and the purple color is very striking!
