Seeds for Growing - Holly H. Heine
"Seeds for Growing" was created while I was thinking about living each moment rather than waiting for something to come to live for.
These mandalas are made from handmade paper and copper. It is a collage. I chose these colors for "Seeds for Growing" because I wanted to use up paper that I had on hand and it turned out that it's one of my very favorites! "Flower 2" color choices were much more intentional and I love it as well!
Some of the patterns are inspired by designs I see in other places...not necessarily mandalas...and then one part just builds on another part until it's finished.
The process of creating is absolutely rewarding for me! It is not easy but I don't find it difficult either because I love everything about it.
My tip would be not to expect too much out of yourself. Just start with a doodle. Mandalas don't have to be very intricate.
